Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000, with a ₹99 convenience fee.
Standard deliveries take 4–5 business days. Customised sizes require an additional 3–4 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to three times before the order is returned to our warehouse. Please provide a complete shipping address with the correct ZIP code and a nearby landmark to avoid delivery delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges, and only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Items purchased during sales cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
To raise an exchange request for a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Ensure the product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Email the video along with your order details to hello@onsethomes.com.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our Kolkata warehouse at the address shared by our team.
If a damaged item cannot be exchanged because the product is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid for one year.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days once the item has been received and verified. Returns sent without video documentation, or showing signs of use, will not be processed.
