All our shipments are thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
As a part of our policy, we do not offer returns or exchange for products which are delivered in perfect condition as per any order placed with us. We also do not offer returns. However, if a wrong product is delivered to you or has a quality malfunction/manufacturing defect, take a picture of it within 48 hours of receiving your order and send it to us. Following our inspection of the same, you can either ship it back to us at the following address -

Allow our team to look further into the matter and revert back within 48 hours. We shall then generate a pick-up of the product and exchange it. Please make sure that the product is unused as well as unwashed and in a genuine condition until and unless the issue is resolved. We do not offer returns.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
As mentioned above, we do not offer product returns. If a product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we shall exchange it for you. If you are not satisfied with the order exchange, we shall cancel the order and offer you credit notes for the same. All items bought during sale period can be neither returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free shipping for all orders which are pre-paid. Additional shipping charges will be added for orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD).

All the applicable charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the final weight and volume of the order placed. The final shipping and delivery charges can be seen at checkout once the shipping address is provided for the order.

Our orders will typically be delivered within 72 working hours or 3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays will not be considered as business days for delivering your orders.

As for the delivery of your order, please note that our delivery partners will try to deliver your package three times before they return it back to us. To ensure you get your order on time without any troubles, please provide your full address along with your correct ZIP code, mentioning landmarks, if any.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in some areas, orders placed might face a delay in delivery. We will try our best to deliver them to you as soon as possible.

In case the order you placed is not delivered in the mentioned time frame, please feel free to raise a concern with us and let us know.
