Shipping & Delivery

- Free Shipping: Because who doesn’t love free stuff? Available on all prepaid orders!
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Feeling old-school? We’ve got you covered with COD for orders up to *₹10,000* with a small convenience fee of just ₹99.

- Delivery Timeframe:
- Standard orders: Will reach you within 4–5 business days.
- Customized sizes: Add an extra 3–4 business days because good things take time!
- Pro Tip: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays don’t count as business days, so plan accordingly!

Important Reminder: Our delivery superheroes (aka partners) will try three times to get your order to you. To avoid a game of package tag, please share your full address, including ZIP codes and landmarks.

Returns & Refunds

We believe in love at first sight, but just in case things don’t click, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return:

1. Keep the product unused, unwashed, and in its original mint condition with tags intact.

3. Once we receive your return and inspect it:
- If all’s perfect: We’ll send your money right back.
- If there are issues (damage, use, or defects): Sorry, no refund. We’ll notify you if this happens.

Refund Process

If your returned item is in shipshape condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. (And yes, we’ll keep you updated!)
