Welcome to Onset Homes, where shopping is as cozy and delightful as the products we create! Here's everything you need to know about getting your favorite items delivered to your doorstep—and what to do if something doesn’t quite work out (though we hope it does!).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders—because who doesn’t love a little extra love!

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹10,000, with a small convenience fee of ₹99.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Standard orders: Delivered within 4–5 business days.

  • Customized sizes: Please allow an additional 3–4 business days—because good things take time.

  • Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays aren’t business days, so do keep that in mind while planning!

A gentle reminder: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. To avoid any hiccups, please make sure to enter your complete address with ZIP code and landmarks.

Returns & Refunds

We believe in love at first sight—but if your order arrives damaged, we’ve got your back.

Returns are only accepted in case of damage. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Record an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your package. This is essential to raise a return request.

  2. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  3. Email the video along with your order details to: hello@onsethomes.com

  4. After our team reviews and approves the return, ship the item to:

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • If the damage is verified, your refund will be processed.

  • If the product appears used or the video isn’t provided, we won’t be able to process the return.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Don’t worry—we’ll keep you in the loop!)
